CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before. Any reschedules, cancellations, or “no-shows” that fall within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the service total. This applies to everyone, new and existing clients. I understand if last minute emergencies happen, please reach out with any questions, comments, concerns. I have a 10 minute grace period, if you do not come within those 10 minutes after your scheduled time, you will be charged the 50% fee and your appointment will be cancelled. If you do not have a card on file, please get ahold of me to add one or add one at your next appointment (you will NOT be charged for your service until your service is completed) If scheduling issues happen and you dont have a card on file, your 50% fee will be added onto your service at your next appointment.
